NEW YORK, NY, December 10, 2018 – BANQ®, a leading electronic broker-dealer and division of TriPoint Global Equities, LLC, announced today that its CEO, Mark Elenowitz will be the moderator covering Smaller Registered and Regulation A Securities12 Offerings at The Securities and Exchange Commission 37th Annual Government-Business Forum on Small Business Capital Formation at  Fawcett Center on the campus of The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio on December 12, 2018. This annual forum provides a platform to highlight additional measures to improve small business capital formation and address whether unnecessary, duplicative, or outdated regulations can be eliminated or reduced.

The one-day forum will begin at 9 a.m. Eastern Time and will be open to the public.  It will be held at the Fawcett Center on the campus of The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, 2400 Olentangy River Road.

The 2018 Forum will include a morning panel followed by breakout groups.  The panel discussion will explore how capital formation options are working for small businesses, such as those in the Midwest.  Information on the panel participants, the full agenda and further details on this year’s Forum will be posted here as they become finalized.  Opening remarks and the morning panel discussion will be webcast live on the SEC’s home page at www.SEC.gov beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and archived.  The breakout groups, in which participants will work to formulate specific policy recommendations, will follow the panel discussion and will not be webcast, but will be accessible by telephone conference call to pre-registered members of the public not in attendance.

He is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Business and Management with a B.S. in Finance.  He holds Series 24, 62, 63, 79, 82 and 99 licenses.
