Company Overview

Work Hard Play Hard Train Hard, Inc. will own and operate GRIT BXNG group-fitness studios that offer 50-minute full body workouts with the aim of building strength and confidence through powerful boxing sequences. GRIT BXNG classes utilize high intensity interval training in a club-like atmosphere with a surround sound system, dynamic lighting, video screens, and inspirational trainers. In addition to the boxing classes, the GRIT facility design includes a full-service liquor bar, providing the GRIT community with a place to socialize workouts. The Company believes music, lights and video are the differentiating factors that allow for the creation of a vibrant social community within an entertainment driven, multi-layered fitness experience. The first GRIT BXNG gym will be open as of August 8th, 2019 in Union Square NYC. Eventually, the Company hopes to open new locations around the country to offer more class availability and expand the GRIT community.

The Workout

GRIT BXNG is a 50-minute full body workout that utilizes nine rounds of intervals to create a unique training regimen. The workouts are aimed at maximizing results and minimizing injuries. The combination of boxing with low impact, water-filled boxing bags and high intensity interval training (HIIT) with benches and treadmills offers several exercise combinations for dynamic and fun workouts. The class curriculum design allows for the creation of a variety of workouts for both novice and experienced boxers alike. Participants are provided with the tools to help develop strength on the bags, endurance and speed on the treadmills and tone bodies and core with floor exercises.

During the workout, music and lighting transform the studio into a nightclub-like atmosphere. The use of curated custom music playlists, dynamic lighting and motivational psychology is intended to inspire participants to workout harder.

Once the workout is over, GRIT is aiming to create a community with a social atmosphere including fun activities, cocktails and mocktails with a healthy twist, and educational events. The studio will have a liquor bar and hangout area to continue the party after the workout.
